CHI (Client Hosting Interface) is our user-friendly control panel that allows you to view and manage all of your hosting services. You can manage your domains, upgrade your hosting plan, view your account details, or submit a support ticket from within your CHI account.
All of our new accounts use CHI and any services purchased from now on will be through the CHI account login.
There are two ways to access the CHI login page:
Go there directly by typing chi.westhost.com into your address bar.
Access CHI through westhost.com. Once you’re on the homepage, click on Login in the top right corner. Click Log in to your Control Panel.
You will be asked for your username and password. Your username will be either the email address associated with your account, or a unique username you have previously set up within CHI. Your password will be the one you created in your initial order.
Click Log In and you will be directed to your CHI Dashboard.
If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password? at the bottom of your screen. Enter the email address associated with your account and we’ll send you instructions on how to reset your password.
If you forgot your username, click Forgot Username? at the bottom of your screen. Similar to the password reset, we’ll send you instructions on how to retrieve your username.
To retrieve your username or password, you will want to make sure to check the email address on file. This is the same email address that you received your 'Welcome Email' when you first signed up for your account. It is also suggested to review your SPAM or Junk folder in case these reminders are being filtered into your SPAM or Junk folder.
If you are not sure which email address you have on file, please contact support so that we can verify your account information and provide you the email address on file.
