Please log into your designated WestHost Billing Control Panel (https://chi.westhost.com). 

Step 1: Navigate to the section titled Billing & Services.

Step 2: View Services.

Step 3: Identify the service you want to automatically renew.

Step 4: Select “Authorize Auto-Charge”.

Step 5: A pop-up window will display a message to confirm you are authorized to charge the credit card.

Step 6: Select Authorize.
