    How Is Billing Handled


    Our company offers several different billing cycles. There is a quarterly, annual, 2-year, or 3-year billing cycle for you to choose from. By default, your hosting fees will automatically be deducted from your credit card each billing interval. If you do not want your credit card automatically charged each billing interval, you can choose to be billed manually by removing the credit card from the account.

    With manual billing, you will receive an email notification when the invoice is generated with instructions on how to log in and submit payment. If the invoice is not paid, you will continue to receive past-due notifications. After 15 days past the due date of the invoice, the entire account will be disabled if payment has not been received.
