This section is for cPanel Accounts. Determine where your account is with this guide.
Or, you can log in to https://cp.westhost.com/ and select the Support icon from the Account toolbar. Then select the "Create a Ticket" button.

During regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm MST you will usually receive a response within 4 hours. Evenings and weekends may result in lengthier response times.
