If you have lost a password, most of the login screens for your account(s) will have a "Lost Password" option somewhere near the user name and password boxes.
You can often get a password quickly sent to your contact e-mail address by using those tools.
When you signed up for service with WestHost there was a welcome e-mail that will have included all of your default account information including logins to your service(s).
If you are unable to locate that e-mail, or if you do not have access to your contact e-mail address you may need to contact Support to obtain your login information.
