Need help? We try to make it easy for you. This tool allows you to review tickets [and their responses] that you've already created and submit new tickets when needed. All responses are transcribed here, though you will also receive an e-mail to the contact address on file whenever we respond back to an inquiry.

This tool displays your invoices, the credit card on file, and associated services with your account. You can submit payments, update your billing information, or modify/cancel/upgrade services that you have already purchased through this icon.
Contact Information
Moving? Updating your e-mail address? Just make sure to keep the most recent available contact information for you with this tool. Changes go into effect immediately and it's the best way to make sure that WestHost can stay in touch! If you update the contact e-mail address here, you WILL need to connect with that new address to cp.westhost.com afterward.
Change Password(s)
Manage the cp.westhost.com password as well as the cPanel or WHM password for your service with this tool.
Order Services
If you need another hosting account, you can quickly order one from this link. You can purchase shared, cloud, reseller, or dedicated servers from this location. Then you have all your services tied to this single cp.westhost.com account!

If you need to secure your website(s) then you can order new SSL Certificates through this icon. You will need to submit any "orders" through this link if you have free SSLs included in your package. Otherwise you can choose from a Comodo Positive SSL [$32/year], an Essential SSL [$110/year], or an Essential Wildcard SSL [$160/year].
