How To Submit A New Support Ticket

To submit a new ticket you can complete the form online here:

This section is for cPanel Accounts. Determine where your account is with this guide.
Or, you can log in to and select the Support icon from the Account toolbar. Then select the "Create a Ticket" button.

During regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm MST you will usually receive a response within 4 hours. Evenings and weekends may result in lengthier response times.
