How To Update Your Primary / Recovery Email Address In CHI
In CHI you have two email addresses linked to your account. There is the primary email account, which is used to receive communications from us, and also may be your username to login to CHI. Then you have a recovery email address, this is there to help you recover access to your CHI account if there are any issues with your primary email account.
How to Update Your Primary Email Address and Recovery Email Address in CHI
- Log into your CHI account at https://chi.westhost.com/
- Once inside of your account, you can click on the head and shoulders icon at the top right
- Click this icon and then select My Account from the drop down menu
- Then select Personal Details from the menu across the top
- Here you will see two fields in the Your Contact Details section, one titled Email (this is the primary email) and one titled Recovery Email
- Change the information in these fields to the email addresses you wish to use, and then click Update
