If you wish to move your services from one CHI account into a new one, this is something our team will need to do on your behalf.
When creating the ticket, please provide the team the following information:
- A list of services which need moving
- The email address and desired username of the new account
- Address details
- Phone number
- Organization / Personal Name
- Recovery email address
Once the team have this information they will create the account and push the services into it. They will also generate a password reset link to the email address and recovery email address of the new account, so the user can set a new password and login to https://chi.westhost.com in this new account.
