How To Log In To Site Manager

There are 2 ways to get to your User Account Control Panel for a specific user:

Method 1:

To get to your User Account Control Panel, follow the paths below (replace "yourdomain" with your domain name).

  • User Account Control Panel: http://yourdomain.com/users/

Depending on your browser security settings, you may need to confirm that you wish to continue to the desired page.

This will take you to the Site Manager login screen (Figure 1).

Enter your Username (username@yourdomain.com) and your Password.

Because of the security requirement of the administration system, you must have your browser set to allow cookies. Also, if your account is inactive for more than 20 minutes, you will automatically be signed out and you will have to log in again.

Method 2:

The other way to get to your User Account Control Panel is:

  1. Login to your main Site Manager (http://yourdomain.com/manager/ - make sure to replace "yourdomain.com" with your domain name).
  2. Click on Users from the E-mail / FTP navigation menu.
  3. Click on the wrench icon (  ) next to the username for the account you would like to log into (Figure 2).
  4. The User Account Control Panel will launch in a new window.
