How To Find Your Site Manager Account's IP Address


If your domain is pointed to your WestHost Site Manager account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your account at http://YOURDOMAINHERE.COM/manager/ **

Replace 'YOURDOMAINHERE.COM' above with the domain name associated with your Site Manager Account.

      2. Type in your Site Manager 'Username' and 'Password'.

      3. The IP Address for your account will appear at the top of the page.

If your domain is NOT pointed to your WestHost Site Manager account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please refer to your Welcome Email with the Site Manager login URL to access your account. If you don’t have your Welcome Email, you will need to contact technical support to proceed.

  2. You may also be able to access Site Manager from YOURDOMAINHERE.COM.whsites.net/manager

    Replace 'YOURDOMAINHERE.COM' above with the domain name associated with your Site Manager Account.

  3. If you are not able to access Site Manager, you may Contact Support and request the temporary Site Manager Login URL for your account.

  4. Bookmark the URL so that you can access Site Manager in the future or if the IP Address of your account changes.


 

If you are using cPanel and not Site Manager, you can find the IP Address for your account on the bottom left side of cPanel by clicking on the 'Server Information' hyperlink.
