Why Doesn't My New IP Address Transfer To My WHM Account

Problem: IP requested through IP Manager does not filter to the WHM interface.

Solution: Check to see if the root password for WHM has been changed from inside WHM. If so, this means cannot communicate with WHM correctly and the IP will never be transferred.
Either ensure that the password is updated correctly in [certain security requirements must be met] or manually add the IPs from the IP Manager into the WHM > Add a New IP Address tool.
Never update the password from inside WHM -- always change through >> Change Password(s). This way functionality between your main account and WHM will not be interrupted.
