While we provide installation support for the Java Runtime Environment to the point of verifying that it is running properly, we are unable to troubleshoot problems with it. If you become aware of a problem with the Java Runtime Environment through their mailing lists or otherwise, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve it.
There is a free online manual for your use at http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/index.html
We want to make sure that your experience with us is as good as it possibly can be. With that in mind, we hope you understand that we also have limitations in resources and knowledge that prevent us from being able to support third-party software as complex as this as well as you may need it to be. This is why we ask you to use the above references for troubleshooting any problems you may have and then, if appropriate, contact us for help in fixing the problem.
