    What Is An Email Bounce

This article is for cPanel Accounts. Determine where your account is with this guide.

An email bounce is an email message that is returned to the sender because it was undeliverable. Also referred to as a bounce-back message. This message often contains the reason an email was not delivered and sometimes links to ways to prevent it from happening again.

If you receive a bounce-back email, it is best to forward that to WestHost so Technical Support can look into any problems or anything we can do on our end to prevent it. You can create a ticket and paste the text of a bounced e-mail through https://cp.westhost.com/ >> Support.
