If you have ordered the "External Backup" addon for your unmanaged dedicated server, these backups are accessible by mounting the /remote/backups directory. This can be done by running the following command in SSH
cd /remote/backups/
You can then go into one of the daily X folders, where X is the number of days since the backup was taken. You will have a backup of all of your files and you can copy them as needed to your account.
