On the shared cPanel servers, Perl modules are only available as is. There is no access to compile and the cPanel “Perl Modules” icon is not available. If the website requires additional or changes to the Perl Modules, the account will need to be upgraded to Cloud Hosting, Cloud Reseller Hosting, or a Dedicated Server[preferrable unmanaged].

You can check what Perl Modules are currently available by running the shell command

instmodsh

and hitting l to list the modules.
