How To Set Up Your Email Account

This article will assist in creating an email account on a domain registered with If your domain is not registered with, please see the corresponding guides for the services you have:

For Shared Web Hosting 

Website Builder and WordPress Premium clients can follow this same guide below:

  1. Login to your account at
  2. Navigate to the Domains section located on the left hand side of the CHI Dashboard.

  3. Next click on the Email link at the top of the page.

  4. Inside the Email section select “Add A New Email”

  5. Inside the box that appears, enter your email, password, and confirm your password and select “Save”

    You now have your first email account created on your domain. This email will be displayed inside of the Email section in your CHI account. You may “Delete” or “Edit” this mailbox password.
