    How To Pay An Invoice

This article is for cPanel Accounts. Determine where your account is with this guide.

If you have a credit card on file, all invoices will automatically be paid with that information. If not, then you need to submit a payment for the invoice within 15 days from the date it was generated.
If the invoice payment is not submitted within that time your entire account may be disabled by the billing system.

You can submit payment to WestHost with all types of credit cards, PayPal, checks, or money orders. WestHost CAN accept wire transfers but there will be a $20 fee associated with that.

You will need to add a card to your account to complete the payment. This is done through https://cp.westhost.com/ >> Billing >> Credit Cards.

Once you've added the card to your account there you will need to select the Invoices tab, highlight the unpaid invoice, and select either "Pay Invoice with Credit Card" or "Pay Invoice with PayPal."

Billing is automated so that should process and provide you with a verification e-mail when it is successful.

Our Billing team is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm MST. You may want to contact them during these hours for the best assistance with Billing related questions. You can also e-mail billing@westhost.com.
