https://cp.westhost.com/ is the interface by which you can access any WestHost services associated with your account. This interface is tied to your contact e-mail address, and that e-mail address is also what you use to log in to the tool.
If you lose the password to this interface select "Lost Password" at the login screen to have the password reset and e-mailed to your contact address.
Updating Passwords
To update passwords for cp.westhost.com or your cPanel hosting account, you will need to be logged into https://cp.westhost.com/ and then you will select the "Change Password(s)" tool from the Account toolbar.
When you are updating a password be sure to select the correct option from the listed service. By default, you will likely have two options there. One will be the cp.westhost.com password and the other will be for your cPanel account.
