How to Add Backups to your Email Hosting


Step-by-step Instructions:

  1. Login to your CHI account here - https://chi.westhost.com 
  2. Select Email Hosting from the left hand menu



  3. On the next page, click Manage next to the domain you wish to add backups to
  4. Then scroll towards the bottom of the page and click Buy next to the Timeline Backups option:



  5. This will redirect to the Checkout where you can pay for the package
  6. Once the order is processed, the Timeline Backups feature will be available in your StackCP control panel

    Please note: If your email is provided through your web hosting package, the Timeline Backups feature is already included.
