This article will help WestHost clients turn off the SMS message notifications they receive at the time of their service renewals. By opting out of the SMS message you will no longer receive any renewal text messages to your phone.

Step 1: Navigate To The Account Section Of CHI.

1. Log into CHI at https://chi.westhost.com.

2. Click on the “Account” section located on the left-hand side of the screen.

   
   

Step 2: Turn Off The SMS Message Reminders

      3. Click on the “Personal Details” link found on the top tab menu.

     4. Scroll down to nearly the bottom of the page. Click on the box next to “SMS Renewal Reminder Opt Out”.

You should no longer receive any renewal text messages. If you have any questions please contact our team by submitting a ticket in the Support section of your CHI account.
