Refund Policy

  • Westhost operates a 30 Day Risk Free Refund Policy

    1. If you are not completely satisfied with your Westhost Web Hosting package, Westhost E-commerce package, Westhost Reseller Hosting or Westhost Dedicated Server, you have the right to a full refund (excluding any Set Up Fees, Domain Name Registration Fees and / or Overages).
    2. To claim your refund, please raise a ticket here within the first 30 days of your contract.
    3. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your ticket. We issue refunds by BACS and WorldPay.
    4. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, or have any other refund related enquiry, please contact our Billing Team. You can submit a ticket at all times here.
  • Please note:

    Set Up Fees can only be refunded in the following circumstances:

    1. For Dedicated Servers prior to the server being built
    2. For Web Hosting packages prior to activation of the account, or if the Domain Name requested could not be registered.
  • Exclusions:

    1. Successfully registered Domain Names are excluded from the refund policy as a cost is incurred on all registrations, and registrars offer no returns policy of their own. However, you will continue to own the Domain Name even if you wish to cancel other Westhost services.
    2. SEO Tools, SSL Certificates, Search Engine Submission, Business Directory and MoreUK2 are excluded from our refund policy.
    3. Auto Renewal of Westhost services is also excluded from this policy. Please refer to the Westhost Auto Renewal Policy for further details.
    4. Under no circumstances will Westhost allow a transfer of funds between accounts.
    5. Refunds will not be given if any other Westhost Terms and Conditions or policies have been contravened.
