WestHost Support Pin
Your security as a client is our top priority. See how we’ve made your account even more secure.
There’s no messing around when it comes to online security. One minor mistake can comprise your account, allowing hackers or others with malicious intent to access your important details.
Here at WestHost we go the extra mile to make sure our clients are always protected. In order to further increase our high-level of security, we’ve introduced an additional authentication step. Each time you need to contact us for support or billing issues, we will ask for your personal identification number (PIN). This added level of security will ensure a verified connection between you and our support team.
How do I locate my PIN number?
Follow these easy steps to locate your individual PIN:
- Log in to your WestHost account by clicking here.
- Select the “Support” icon – this will be shown as a circled question mark in the left tab of your screen.
- Find your PIN number located in the upper right corner of the page.
Note: You can change your PIN number if you wish to do so.
It is now WestHost policy to request a PIN for any requests to make changes to your account or release any information about your account. When calling or chatting with a member of our support team, they will ask for this PIN number to verify that you are the actual owner of the account.
Make sure you remember your PIN number! Without it, you’ll be unable to make any changes to your account or resolve any issues that you may encounter.
