How To Use The Accounts Tab In Site Manager


Accounts tab displays the following:

  • Data Filter: Filter the data viewed in the table by account's (VPS's)domain name, service package, or reseller. To filter the data:

  1. Select the filter from the dropdown menu.

  2. Enter filter data in text field and click Filter button.
    For example, if you would like to view all accounts' domains that begin with  'er' then enter:

  • Table includes the following information on each account:

  • Open Domain icon : Click on the icon to view account's domain on a separate browser window.

  • Manage Domain icon : Click on the icon to view the account's Site Manager in a separate browser window.

  • Domain: Account's domain name.

  • Disk Space: Graph displays the amount of disk space that has been by account.

  • Bandwidth: If bandwidth is limited then a usage graph shall appear. If  bandwidth is unlimited then amount of bandwidth consumed shall appear.

  • Enabled: The  sign indicates that account is enabled to be provide services. The sign indicates that account is disabled and all its services are down.

  • SP Name: Name of service package that defines the account. This is the advertised name that the client views in their account Site Manager.

  • E-mail : Click to write an e-mail to account owner. This field shall appear only if account owner has entered e-mail address in contact details tab or e-mail address was provided during account creation.

  • Parent: Indicates name of owner that administrates this account. Note that Parent can be the Server Manager administrator or a reseller.

 

 

You can remove or add columns to this table by pressing the   Customize Table button

If you will be moving a VPS then it is advised to add the Moved VPS Status column to this table.

 

Click on Domain name to view and modify account's parameters.

Click on SP Name to view and modify parameters of service package.

Click on Parent to view and modify parameters of owner that administrates this account. Note that Parent can be the Data Center Manager administrator or a reseller.

 

Click on the Add New Account button to add an account.

To remove an account, click on the checkbox next to the account(s) you want to delete, and then click Remove Selected Items button.
