To retrieve the e-mail headers for a message in Mac's Outlook Express program, you will need to:
- Select the e-mail
- Select "View"
- Click on "Source"
- A new window will appear and you will be able to see the full headers
- If you press Command + A it will select all of the text
- Use Command + C to copy the header information
You can now paste the contents of the header into a ticket response or chat window to receive additional support.
