This article is for cPanel Accounts. Determine where your account is with this guide.

To add, remove, or view the credit card on file, follow the steps below:

 1. log into your account at

 2. Then click on the “Billing” icon.

 3. Click on the tab “Credit Cards”.

 4. Highlight current credit card.

 5. Click on “Remove Card”.

 6. Click on “Add Card”.

CHI will display the last four digits of the credit card on file.

Having a credit card on file puts the account on automatic billing. When an invoice is generated, we will automatically try to process the credit card on file.
