Open the Pages & folders menu
Pages & folders menu
Click the Arrows icon

Click on the Drag icon and drag the page up or down
Click the Tick to save

Pages can be dragged in and out of folders by clicking the drag icon of the page you want to move and dragging it into the desired position.
