You can view all of your tickets in one page by logging into CHI at chi.westhost.com. Once you have logged into CHI, select the ‘Support’ tab on the left hand side of your screen.
From this page, click on the ‘View All Tickets’ tab. This will show you a list of all of your tickets. The list will appear on the left hand side of your screen.
From this screen you can select tickets you want to view or reply to from here.
To reopen any ticket, you can just send us a reply. If you need to contact us for another reason, please consider opening a new ticket.
