Nightly Backups
Although you may be backing up your own data, in the event of something like a hard drive failure, it is much easier (and quicker) to have WestHost immediately restore your data from our backup, than for you to manually recreate accounts, install applications, and upload your most recent version of your data by yourself. Unless you have some other means of backing up all of your own data, and a good understanding of how to restore it, we strongly recommended that you utilize our nightly backup service.
Backups of all your data are performed each night and stored on a separate storage device. Each nightly backup is kept for 5 days and can be accessed for restoration upon request. WestHost provides nightly backups as an ADDED layer of protection against data loss. Client is ultimately responsible for independent backup of their own server data.
Standard Pricing: $29.95/Mo (up to 80GB space & 1 Million files)
Overage: $15/Mo for each additional 40GB of space and/or 500,000 files.
