If you receive notifications of an invoice being past due for domain renewal, do not renew the domain name again. There is already an open invoice under the “Billing” icon.
There you can highlight the invoice and pay for the renewal.
Since the domain name automatically renews 30 days in advance and you choose to renew it, it will add a year. You will still need to submit payment for the automatic renewal.
To avoid adding a year check your invoice section first or contact the Billing Department.
