How To Navigate The Alerts Branding Tab In Site Manager


Branding and personalization of e-mail alerts that are sent to end-users (account owners) and resellers. Alerts can also be defined in different languages.

You cannot add new types of alerts, but only alerts of the same type that display an alternative text.

 

  • Data Filter: Filter the data viewed in the table by address. To filter the data:

  • Enter data in the text field and click the Filter button. To find a particular word or string you should enter before the string or word.
    For example, if you would like to view all messages with e-mail in subject, then enter *e-mail
    You can also enter the initial text of the subject in the filter field. For example, to view all messages that begin with Account, enter Account.

  • The table includes the following information on each alert message:

  • Subject: Subject of alert message. This is also the text that shall appear in the subject field when a message is sent via e-mail.

  • Event Type: The type of event that generates the message.

  • Recipient Type:

    • My account: Message(s) shall be sent to your account's e-mail address.

    • An owned account with issue: Message(s) shall be sent to the e-mail address of the account(s) and/or resellers that you administrate.

  • Language: Language of message. The default language of all alert messages is English.

Click on the Add New Alert button to add an alert message.

To remove an alert message, click on the checkbox next to the alert message(s) you want to delete, and then click the Remove Selected Items button.
