Formmail
 This application allows you to make an interactive form on your site where users can submit various information into fields, which will in turn be e-mailed to you. Forms are very common on websites and can be as simple or complex as you'd like.
You may want to simply have users submit their name and comments through the form. You could also have a detailed ordering form instead of installing shopping cart software to take orders from your customers.
You can install Formmail on your hosting account from within the Site Applications section of your control panel (Site Manager).
