To view invoices, please log into your account at http://cp.westhost.com. Please check your invoices to see if any are past due. If you receive notifications of an invoice being past due for a domain renewal, please do not renew the domain name again. The domain has been renewed and any unpaid invoices are ready for payment. To view the invoice, please highlight the invoice and pay for the renewal. Since the domain name automatically renews 30 days in advance if you were to select renew domain, it will add additional years. Please note the contact on the account is responsible to pay for the automatic renewal and the additional years added. To avoid adding any additional years, check your invoice section first or contact the Billing Department.

Our company offers several different billing cycles. There is a monthly, quarterly, annual, 2-year, or 3-year billing cycle for you to choose. By default, your hosting fees will automatically be deducted from your credit card each billing interval. If you do not want your credit card automatically charged each billing interval, you can choose to be billed manually by removing the credit card from the account.

With manual billing, you will receive an email notification when the invoice is generated with instructions on how to log in and submit payment. If the invoice is not paid, you will continue to receive past due notifications. After 15 days past the due date of the invoice, the account will be disabled if payment has not been received.

17. When is automatic billing processed? - Top

On the day the invoice is generated, we will automatically charge the credit card on file for renewal. You will receive email confirmation. An email notice will confirm whether you have a balance due or need to contact us with payment.
