E-mail Aliases (forwarding rules)

E-mail Aliases are simply forwarding rules for e-mail. With WestHost's e-mail hosting, you can set up an unlimited number of e-mail aliases that will forward messages to an individual, distribution list or an application for processing. To capture and forward e-mail NOT directed to a specific user (misspelled, non-existent), create a "Catch All" alias. Warning: Catch All aliases can result in a large increase of SPAM, as many unsolicited e-mails are sent randomly to non-specific addresses.

To create an e-mail alias, log into your control panel (Site Manager) and go to E-mail/FTP Management.
