WestHost is great. I was paying too much for a host ($24.95 for Netcom's Identity Pack) and found searching for a new host discouraging. I thought a "budget" host would have little to offer—instead, I find you have everything I want!
You offer all the goodies (like cgi stuff) but best of all, you explain how things work and how to set them up in your Manual and FAQs (something Netcom sure doesn't do). Like how to customize the missing.html --I'll bet no other host lets people dinky with that! Your willingness to educate customers, let them in on hosting "secrets", is the main reason I jumped on board WestHost, and you carry that through with your Newsletters.
And, I appreciate how quickly and well you guys respond to questions. I am most enthusiastic about WestHost and have started to recommend it to friends."
