Tell us about your Web site.
This Web site was developed for a not-for-profit group. Its focus is to communicate with many audiences; clients, community leaders, donors and potential donors. This Web site was designed to help assist adult members of the mentally handicapped community. We communicate with a wide audience of volunteers and staff people.
What prompted you to build a Web site originally?
We developed the Web site to communicate our mission, showcase our events and thank sponsors. Primarily, the Web site was a way to lend credibility to our organization. We wanted to present a professional and credible face to let people know that we are a real brick and mortar agency that is truly fulfilling a mission.
What improvements would you like to make to your Web site in the future?
We would like to enhance the way we take online donations. We would also like to enhance our staff communication even further by providing a log-in area for our members only.
How has WestHost helped your business or Web site succeed?
I am able to provide a reliable and affordable solution to my clients. WestHost has provided a fabulous product at a super reasonable cost. WestHost is easy to work with and is a great partner. The Web site has completely enhanced our communication within the organization using WestHost's Webmail.
What WestHost services or features provide the most value to you?
As a reseller, the ability to add services when I need them and for the clients that need them. We love the ability to add applications to our site easily without having to call someone. We also like the easy functionality provided within WestHost's control panel. For a non-profit organization with limited funds it is a really great value. WestHost also provides some tremendous SPAM blocking applications. We have been able to control our SPAM problem by using these services.
Why would you recommend WestHost to a friend or colleague?
WestHost offers great service on a variety of technical questions. Their support staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love working with you guys! WestHost is also a great value, especially during a time when we are all counting our pennies. I feel like I am getting a really good product at a great price!
