		<description>1. What I like about WestHost VDS?
Good value for ease of site maintenance, cost and some private configurations.  For simple sites, I prefer not to have full root access if I have to pay for license for  commercial control panel .  I also like 24X7 support chat.

2. What I like WestHost to improve on VDS?
Automatic monitoring of resource usage for accounts in a server.  This will WestHost to take swift action when an account is using more resources that are allocated.


Generally I am a happy customer since 2005 :)</description>

		<description>When the WestHost VPS idea was first introduced to me, I was really impressed -- and relieved.  Not having the ability to configure Apache/PHP/etc. to my preferences becomes really painful in a traditional shared hosting environment.  Thank you for the forward-thinking.</description>
