Automatic monitoring of resource usage for accounts in a server. This will WestHost to take swift action when an account is using more resources that are allocated. Not having the ability to configure Apache/PHP/etc. to my preferences becomes really painful in a traditional shared hosting environment. Thank you for the forward-thinking.
